Wow, so many characters together! Kazar seems to be having a fun time, but if Spidey doesn't pay close attention, those Dinosaurs may try to turn him into a Spider-Snack! Outstanding work, congratulations!
I read Spider-man for the first time in autumn '88 when Michelinie and McFarlane did it. I enjoyed seeing your influence map! I enjoy trying to find the artistic similarities between generations of artists.
I see how your influence map can have Jim Lee in it, but I also see the gnarliness of McFarlane's distorted anatomical perspective. Muscles are depicted like the surface of a twisted branch.. I think this jaw of Captain America is a relative of the early Spider-man /Hulk characters of McFarlane. ..Maybe you might argue both the artists left their stylistic stamp upon the mainstream. That the vast-proportioned torsos and edgy muscles emerged into THE mainstream comics style, (just like Romita Sr's was the pre-eminent Spidey in the 70s).
I am also grateful you're sharing your work on DA for us to see. looking forward to seeing more of your work in print. Best regards,
