Concept sketches for a proposed 'Tenacious D' comic book featuring The Explosivo Rocket Sauce of the one and only Jack Black and KG!
These were done over well a year ago when Wildstorm was briefly in talks to do a Tenacious D comic, around the lead up to the '
ick of Destiny' release. These are as far as I got before the plug was pulled. I would have liked to have gone further with it.
My original 8 proposed rough thumbnail cover concepts for the project. I think even in their rough state, they capture the energy and the feeling that I was going for. It's all in there.
