Final pencils to my cover for True Blood #1! These were then turned into digital inks before coloring, a process in with the line-work is carefully cleaned up and darkened to provide high-contrast black and white line-art.

It's a lot more challenging to achieve likenesses without any sort of shading and highlights, when you're only left with raw line-work, but I was pretty happy with the results! Lafayette ended up turning out the strongest I thought!

I love the coloured pieces, but there's something outstanding about your B&W versions. They grow. And seeing the originals is even more breathtaking :)
